Terms of Service Agreement
These terms and conditions apply to your use of our websites (menaeditors.com and menanetwork.net) and related services. By using our platform, you acknowledge your full agreement to these terms and commit to complying with them.
1. Nature of Service
The platform acts as a technical intermediary connecting service requesters (organizations) with service providers (journalists and freelancers). We bear no direct responsibility for the produced content; the legal and ethical responsibility lies with the service provider and requester.
2. User Obligations
- All information provided during registration must be accurate and up to date.
- The platform may not be used for illegal purposes, or to publish content that violates intellectual property rights, or promotes violence or hatred.
- Each party is responsible for fulfilling its contractual obligations (financial and professional) as agreed upon via the platform.
3. Workflow and Payment
No task begins before the agreement is approved on the platform and financial terms are confirmed. Payments are processed according to the approved financial policies outlined in each user's dashboard.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
Intellectual property rights for produced materials transfer from the service provider to the service requester immediately upon delivery of the work and completion of payment, unless agreed otherwise in writing between the parties via the platform.
5. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the account of any user who violates these terms or misuses the platform, without prior notice or compensation.
